AI Consulting Services in Hampshire for a Havant Solicitor’s Office or Similar Small Firm
Law firms have long learned to read a proposal carefully. The same habit works when you are comparing anyone selling AI consulting.
For AI consulting services for a small business in Hampshire, Dean Keating offers a free call, an audit of the work worth automating, and then builds and installs the result. He is a consultant based in Horndean, Hampshire, not a consulting company. Call or WhatsApp 07418 627304.
Start with what you would be buying
"AI consulting" can mean a report, a workshop, or a working system. They are not the same purchase. Before you speak to anyone, decide which one you want. A small office rarely needs a thick report; it needs the repeated work taken off the desk.
The example: a small professional office
HavantHub.com lists three solicitors as of 10 October 2026. Picture one of them. New enquiries arrive through the website form and by email. Someone must reply, ask the same opening questions, and book a first appointment. After a quote or fee estimate goes out, someone should check whether it was read.
That is a clear audit target. Nothing in it is mysterious. It is a queue of messages with a standard first reply and a standard follow-up, with anything sensitive going straight to a fee-earner. Whether any particular firm would be comfortable with software handling the first reply is its own decision, and confidential matters should stay with people.
What the consulting from Dean Keating consists of
Four steps, as his website describes them. A free call. An audit of the work worth automating. The build and install. Training and support. He begins with the single task that makes the most difference, and you leave the call with a plan you can use with or without him.
The jobs his site lists include replying to new enquiries within minutes, day or night, sending quotes and chasing unanswered ones, booking into the diary, raising invoices, chasing late payments and the weekly report.
Comparing consulting companies
Ask each one for:
- the name of the person who will do the work
- what will be live, and where, once the first stage ends
- what happens to the work if you part company
- how the cost is set and when you see it
If an answer is vague, that is information. We do not name or rank other providers here, and Dean Keating has no rated Google business listing, so there is no star score to quote.
Honest limits
He is one consultant, not a company. No price list is published; the cost follows the free call, with no obligation. He is in Horndean, Hampshire, the same county as Havant, and works remotely, though his site says he can visit businesses in Hampshire or nearby. Compare him with at least one other provider.
